How To Eat Fried Worms

   How to eat fried worms is a good story. It's about a boy named Billy and his three friends Tom,Alan,Joe. They made a bet and the bet was that billy has to eat fifteen worms in fifteen days. Then billy takes the bet. After they make the bet they go out to find some worms,but they get into an arugement about it because they want to get it from a manure pile. so they find some where else to get the worms. Beside billy is some ketchup,mustard,picolilli,horesradish,and some other things. So he eats the first worm,but when he did eat it he started to jump up and down like a chiken. He was getting his friends scared it was funny a little. Then he he kept on eating a worm each day. Until the forthteenth day alan and joe tried to trick him,but it didnt work so he ran to his house and ate the worm in front of his house waking everyone up in the neighborhood. Then it came to the last day then he started to eat his worm until his dad told him to go to his room. Billy started to kick the wall and his bed until tom came over he thourgh a easter basket with the worm inside it. He ate it then he was yelling ''I won'' ''I won''! Then alan said i will pay you fifty dollars tomorrow at 10:00 o'clock. Thats the story of How To Eat Fried Worms.

   Walter hunt made the safty pen. Everyone in the world has used it. It took him a while to think about it,but it only took him three hours to do it. It was patented in April 1849.

   Gutzon borglum was born in 1867 in Idaho. He build Mt.Rushmore Memorial. He died before it was finished. So his son completed it. 

 Dolley madison was the first lady. She loved to entertain at the white house. Her greatest accomplishment was during the war of 1812. She managed to save her husbands papers and a portrait of George Washington. Before the British burned down the White House.

    Sacagawea means bird women in shoshone. She helped as an interpreter with the local Indians and was their principal guide.

  Babe ruth loved everthing about the game. He set records both from the mounds and at the plate. For years he held the record with his total of 714 career homeruns. And in 1936 he was among the first baseballplayers elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame.

   As a chid Liliuokalani loved to write songs. When she got older she wrote the national anthem of Hawii,but it was never as popular as her song Aloha Oe. Her older sister was supposed to be queen,but she married an american and decided to give it up. So she became queen,and when the United States took over Hawii it became the 50th state in 1955.

St.patrick's day

   On March 17, St.Patrick's day is in  Ireland. They get together, and drink beer and have parades.The reason is because St.Patrick was kidnapped by pirates when he was 16. A few years later he escaped, and went back to Ireland and then moved to France.

    In conclusion he went back to Ireland and started preaching. He saved thousands of people. Some people tried to arrest Patrick,but he never gave up. So that's why people celebrate St.Patrick's day.They also celebrate it in the United States too.
